Use only containers intended for temperature extremes that will not become brittle.

Do not pour liquid cryogens or put dry ice into laboratory sinks, as the sinks may crack and leak or may break. The photo shows cracks (highlighted in yellow) in an IGB sink caused by a cryogen.
