"ZEISS Elyra 7 with Lattice SIM: Revealing the Fastest Processes in Superresolution"

     Join an overview of the new Elyra 7 supperresolution platform, which expands the possibilities of structured illumination microscopy (SIM) via lattice patterns to deliver up to 20-fold higher acquisition speeds while retaining 120 nm lateral resolution. The concepts and efficiencies of lattice-based illumination are discussed, as well as new modes for driving SIM across greater volumes and fields of view. In addition, several single molecule localization microscopy (SMLM) capabilities are outlined, which further push the resolutions down to 20 nm laterally.
