SR-SIM Structured Illumination Microscope

Structured illumination uses a spatially oscillating illumination to shift the spatial frequencies recorded by the camera to higher frequencies.  This technique has twice the resolution of a confocal in X,Y, and Z. The Elyra system in the Core has 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, and 633nm lasers.

Image reconstruction can be run on Yellowstone in the Image analysis room.
