During normal business hours (7 am - 5 pm):

• Employees Report to Occupational Medicine: Carle, Presence Covenant Medical Center, or Christie Clinic
• For students, report to McKinley Health Center

After hours, weekends and holidays:

• Report to the Emergency Room at Carle or Presence Covenant Medical Center
• Report to Convenient Care at Carle or Presence Covenant Medical Center

Immediately report all injuries to your supervisor:

Provide an injury report to the IGB Safety Coordinator and the Office of Claims Management
